Terms of Service & DMCA Policy

These terms govern your use of Grabnode. In short: only download content you own or have permission to use.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Grabnode (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Grabnode helps you extract publicly available media from third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and Threads. We do not host, cache or redistribute the extracted media — download links point to the source platform's own servers.

3. You may only process content you have rights to

You may use Grabnode only to download or process content that you own, that you have explicit permission from the rights holder to save, or that is published under a licence allowing it (for example Creative Commons or public domain). You are solely responsible for confirming you hold those rights before downloading.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Download content you do not own or have permission to save.
  • Violate any platform's terms of service or any applicable law.
  • Infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy or other intellectual property right.
  • Re-upload, redistribute, resell or make commercial use of downloaded content without a valid licence.
  • Remove watermarks, credits or attribution from another creator's work.
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. DMCA & copyright policy

Grabnode respects the rights of copyright holders and responds to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. Grabnode does not host, cache or store media; download links resolve to the source platform. We can, however, block extraction of specific URLs or accounts on request.

To file a notice, email grabnodetechnologies@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA" and include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work.
  3. The exact URL(s) involved.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review valid notices within 2–5 working days. Repeat infringers may have their access and accounts terminated.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any given URL will resolve, that downloads will succeed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grabnode and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any misuse of content you download.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
