1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Grabnode web app and browser extension for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicense the Grabnode software.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
3. Updates
We may update the web app and extension automatically to add features, fix bugs and address security issues. Updates are governed by this EULA unless a new agreement is presented at install time.
4. Third-party services
The Service interacts with third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads and others). Your use of the extracted media is subject to those platforms' own terms and to applicable copyright law.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the extension.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grabnode disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software.
