General support and bug reports
hello@grabnode.app — use this for anything that is not working: a link that returns an error, a download that saves as the wrong format, a page that looks broken on your phone, or a platform you would like us to support.
To save a round trip, include the exact link you pasted (or tell us it is private if you would rather not share it), the browser and device you used, and what you saw on screen. Most support mail is answered within one to two working days.
Copyright, removal and rights holders
legal@grabnode.app — Grabnode does not host, cache or index media, so there is rarely a file for us to remove. We do act on well-founded requests concerning anything under our control, and we can restrict extraction for a specific account or URL pattern on request from the rights holder.
Please identify the work, the URL involved, your relationship to the rights holder, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised. Our full position is set out in the terms of service.
API access
api@grabnode.app — the extraction endpoint is available to a limited number of partners. Tell us the expected monthly request volume, the platforms you need and what you are building. See the API overview first.
Advertising and partnerships
ads@grabnode.app — for direct placements, sponsorships and integrations. We do not run pop-unders, click-anywhere interstitials, push-notification prompts or auto-playing audio, and we decline campaigns that require them. Details on the advertising page.
Privacy and data requests
Account deletion, data export and any other privacy question can go to hello@grabnode.app with "privacy" in the subject line. What we collect and how long we keep it is described in the privacy policy.
Before you write
A good share of the mail we get has a quick answer already on the site. If a link fails, check whether the post is private, deleted or region-blocked — if it does not play in a logged-out browser window, no downloader can reach it. If a download saves without an extension on iPhone, it is in the Files app and can be moved into Photos. Each platform page carries a FAQ covering the quirks specific to that network.
